CME720 is a Kintex Ultrascale board in COM Express Type 6 Basic form factor. The board offers an FMC+ site, DDR4 memory, and several other interfaces that make CME720 robust and powerful hardware. The board can be populated with three different pin-compatible FPGA devices the KU060, KU085, and KU115 all in the FLVA1517 package. The board is suitable for a wide range of applications including measurement, development, DSP, data centers, high-performance computing, aerospace, and defense.
The CME720 FMC+ carrier card, is an FPGA peripheral board.

- DDR4 SDRAM memory 64-bit with 8-bit ECC or 72-bit wide 2.5 GB capacity (default part number: MT40A512M16TB-062E)
- 1GB of QSPI flash with multi-boot capability
- Core power of up to 50A
- Embedded USB-JTAG/UART via right angle USB-C connector for programming and debug (realized using FT4232)
- 8 user LEDs, 4 red and 4 green
- 3 green LEDs for power good indication
- User dip switch
- FPGA reset available through FTDI, onboard jumper, or through COMe connectors
A full BSP including is included. Host-side Linux and Windows PCIe DMA drivers are also supplied.
