A Kintex Ultrascale board in ComExpress  type 6 basic form factor. The board offers an FMC+, DDR4 memory, and several other interfaces that make CME720 robust and powerful hardware. The board can be populated with three different pin-compatible FPGA devices the KU060, KU085, and KU115 all in the FFVA1517 package.
